Καστελόριζο
🇬🇷 South Aegean · Greece — Altitude 2 m
This live stream shows Kastellorizo, a small island in the Dodecanese close to the Turkish coast. Check the feed to see the island as it is right now, and use the weather and local time panels to plan a visit or simply to follow conditions from afar.
Kastellorizo, also called Megisti, lies in the south-eastern Aegean, roughly 2 km off the mainland of Turkey and far from the rest of Greece in distance. Its town is built in colourful houses around a small harbour, and the island is known for its quiet pace, its rocky hills and its long maritime history. It is the most easterly inhabited Greek island and feels very different from the larger islands to the north.
The title names the island itself, so the view centres on its general surroundings rather than one specific landmark. Depending on the angle at any given moment, you may see the waterfront, boats moving through the water, or the surrounding sea and hills. Early morning and late afternoon tend to bring the softest light, while clear weather in summer gives the best visibility across the water.
Kastellorizo is reached by ferry or small plane, mostly from Rhodes, and the sailing season is busiest from late spring to early autumn. The Mediterranean climate brings hot, dry summers and mild, wetter winters, so May, June and September are often the most comfortable months to visit. Nearby cameras on the Turkish coast include Kalkan, about 21 km away, and Ölüdeniz, about 59 km away.

The current conditions and a three-day forecast are shown in the weather panel on this page, updated alongside the live stream. Check it before planning a crossing, since sea conditions can change quickly.
The local time is displayed on this page and follows the island's own clock, which is ahead of much of western Greece. The clock updates continuously, so you can compare it with your own time at a glance.
The camera is on Kastellorizo in the South Aegean, very close to the Turkish coast. The map on this page marks its position so you can see how the island sits relative to the mainland and to Rhodes.
Mornings and late afternoons usually offer the clearest light, and summer days with calm seas give the best visibility. Winter views can be quieter, but the stream remains useful for checking weather and sea conditions.
