Trezzo Tinella is a small village in the Langhe hills of southern Piedmont, at roughly 350 metres above sea level. The area is famous for its wines, especially Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, and for the patchwork of vineyards, hazelnut groves and woodland that covers its slopes. Villages here are compact and quiet, with old stone houses and church towers visible from a distance.
