Rzyki - widok na dolny stok i orczyk w Czarnym Groniu
🇵🇱 Lesser Poland · Poland — Altitude 607 m
This live camera looks down the lower part of the Czarny Groń ski area in Rzyki, with the drag lift in the frame. It is useful for checking how the slope looks before you set off, from the valley up to the mountain.
Rzyki is a village in the Beskid Mały range of southern Poland, in the Lesser Poland region. Czarny Groń rises above the village to about 600 metres and is one of the local hills where skiing has long been popular with families and day visitors from nearby towns. The surrounding landscape is wooded hills and open meadows, typical of the western Beskids, and the atmosphere is quiet and rural rather than resort-like.
The view is aimed at the lower slope and the drag lift, so the piste and the lift line are the main subjects. Depending on the view, you may see snow cover, grooming activity and skier traffic. Mornings are often the best time to judge conditions, before the slope gets busy, while late afternoon in winter shows how quickly the light fades in the valley.
Winter brings the most reliable snow here, usually from December into March, though conditions can change quickly with temperature and wind. Rzyki is reached by road from Bielsko-Biała and Żywiec. If you want a wider picture of the hill, the nearby cameras on this site cover the middle slope, the upper station, the Magiczna Osada area and the local ice rink.
