About Polanica
Polanica sits in the Kłodzko Valley, a basin framed by the Sudetes mountains on the Polish and Czech border. It grew up around its mineral springs and spa tradition in the nineteenth century, and the town still keeps much of that character. Its gardens, promenades and old villas make it one of the calmer spa towns in the region, with forested hills rising close to the centre.
