This live camera looks out over Jérica, a small town in the interior of the Valencian Community. Use it to check conditions in the area before a trip or simply to see the town as it is right now. The page also shows local time and a forecast for the next three days.
Jérica sits on a rise at roughly 500 metres above sea level, in the Palancia valley north-west of Valencia. The town is known for its hill setting, its old centre of narrow streets and its views over the surrounding countryside of almond groves, vines and pine-covered ridges. It is a quiet, rural place, far from the coast but within reach of it by road.
The camera shows the town and its surroundings as a live video stream. Because the stream is set on a hillside, the light changes noticeably through the day, so morning and late afternoon often give the clearest and most pleasant views. Clear days make the surrounding ridges easy to read, while cloud or haze can soften the scene. Check the live weather on this page before you watch to understand what the view will look like.
Jérica has a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters, though nights in the hills can be cool even in summer. Spring and autumn are generally the most comfortable times to visit. The town is best reached by car. Other cameras in the region include Albentosa, Lliria, Villahermosa del Rio and Borriana, which are useful for comparing conditions across the area.
